Genshin Impact 4★ Electro Claymore Main DPS
Beidou’s damage is often low in her best teams, and reaching her ER requirements is paramount even at the cost of any other stats. It can even be worthwhile to well exceed the value needed for the sake of comfort. HP% improves the shield value from her C1, while CRIT Rate takes priority when using Favonius Greatsword for its passive.
How much Energy Recharge Beidou needs to cast the Burst every rotation, by team and by weapon. Where a target is out of reach, the advice beside it says what to do instead.

While her damage is negligible in Stellar-Conduct teams, her Burst is the primary source of it.
Beidou’s primary gameplan centres around being sure to use her Burst every rotation. Ideally, she tries to achieve this with only Tap Skill. However, this is generally only feasible in dual Electro teams. In most other scenarios, she typically holds her Skill.

Run Noblesse Oblige on Beidou, with Heart of the Furnace behind it. Main stats are Energy Recharge > ATK% sands, HP% > Electro DMG% goblet, CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG circlet. Roll substats in the order ER > CRIT Rate = CRIT DMG > ATK%.
Talent priority is Burst > Skill. The Elemental Burst costs 80 energy, which is what an Energy Recharge target has to clear.
Aim for 160% to 210% Energy Recharge, depending on the team and the weapon; in teams that would need more, prydwen.gg's calcs say to skip ER and Burst every other rotation.
The strongest team is Raiden Shogun, Beidou, Kujou Sara and Bennett, built around Beidou: Electro · Mono Electro hypercarry.
Beidou's abilities multiply HP. That is read from the scaling rows on the Elemental Skill and Burst, not from the ability description, so it reflects what the game actually multiplies rather than what the text mentions.
Beacon of the Reed Sea is the closest fit on the data: it is a 5-star claymore with CRIT Rate as its ascension stat, and its passive acts on HP. The Bell is the best 4-star alternative.
Thundering Fury.
