Short, because the site does very little.
What we store
No account, no login, no personal data. There is nothing to sign up for and no form on this site that collects anything about you.
Two features keep state in your own browser using localStorage: the map remembers which markers you have collected, and the wish planner remembers the inputs you last used. That data never leaves your device, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you clear site data for this domain.
What leaves your browser
Every image, script and stylesheet on this site is served from this domain. There are no third-party fonts, no analytics beacons and no embedded widgets, so loading a page does not tell anyone but our host that you visited.
Our host records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested path — for the operation and security of the service. We do not use them to build a profile of anyone.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
Changes
If this changes — an analytics tool, an ad partner, anything that observes you — this page is updated before the change ships, and the date at the top moves. It is the honest signal that something is different.
