Genshin Impact redemption codes: live list, rewards and how to redeem

No code is listed as of Aug 21, 2026. What is here instead: where HoYoverse publishes codes, both routes for redeeming one, and the check an entry has to pass to appear on this page.

Codes are worth about 300 primogems a version and expire faster than anything else the game issues — the three from a version livestream last about a day. What matters on a page like this is not the size of the list but the date next to each entry. The dated ones fund a pull; see the for what a version's primogems add up to, and banners for what is worth spending them on.

Live codes

Channels checked Aug 21, 2026

No redemption code is listed.

A person swept the official channels on Aug 21, 2026 and none of them carried a code that had been confirmed to work. Between livestreams that is the ordinary state of this list: the three codes a version livestream hands out expire in about a day, and the rest arrive irregularly. Nothing is held back and nothing is pending — there is simply nothing verified to print.

An unverified code will not be added to fill the gap. A code copied from another fan site costs a reader a redemption attempt, and a failed attempt reads to them as a broken account rather than a bad list.

How to redeem

Two routes, and the two mistakes that account for most failed redemptions.

  1. 01

    Reach Adventure Rank 10

Redemption is locked until AR 10. Below that the site returns an error that does not explain itself.

  2. 02

    Pick a redemption route

In-game: Paimon menu → Settings → Account → Redeem Code. On the web: the official redemption page, signed in to the same HoYoverse account.

  3. 03

    Select the right server

On the web page, the server dropdown must match the server your character is on. A code redeemed against the wrong server is consumed against an account you are not playing.

  4. 04

    Enter the code exactly

Codes are case-insensitive but character-exact. The common failure is a transcribed capital I against a lowercase l.

  5. 05

    Collect from in-game mail

Web redemptions deliver to the in-game mailbox, and mail expires after 30 days. In-game redemptions credit directly.

Where codes come from

HoYoverse issues codes from three channels and no others. The version livestream carries three, each worth 100 primogems, and they expire in about a day — the shortest window of anything the game gives away. Milestone and apology codes go out on the official social accounts. Maintenance compensation arrives as in-game mail rather than as a code at all.

A code circulating outside those three channels was not published by the operator. Sites that generate codes, or that offer them in exchange for a login, are not distributing anything HoYoverse issued.

SourcingNothing on this page cites this site as its authority. If a code appears here it is because somebody redeemed it or read it in an official post, and the row says which. A code that only exists on fan sites is unsourced, not confirmed.

Codes FAQ

Where does HoYoverse publish redemption codes?
Three places, reliably: the version livestream, which carries three codes worth 100 primogems each and expires them within about 24 hours; the official social accounts, for milestone and apology codes; and in-game mail, for maintenance compensation. Anything from a fourth source has not been published by the operator.
How long do livestream codes last?
Roughly 24 hours from the livestream. They are the shortest-lived codes the game issues, which is why a code list that is not dated is useless for them specifically.
Why is nothing listed?
Because a code goes on this page only when a person has confirmed it works, and nothing was confirmed at the last check on Aug 21, 2026. An expired code costs a reader a wasted click; a wrong one makes them think their account is broken. Neither is worth the traffic a padded list would bring.
Do codes work in every region?
Usually, but not always. Livestream codes are global. Some promotional codes are issued per region or per platform, and the operator states the restriction when it applies. Where a code has a restriction, the table records it.
