Report a mistake
A wrong stat, a talent that changed, a build that no longer holds, a code that stopped working. Corrections are read first and fixed first.
Include: The page address, what it says, what the game shows. A screenshot settles it fastest.
Creators and collaborations
Several articles here are written from creators’ videos, with credit, a link and the video embedded. If you make Genshin videos and want yours covered, write in.
Include: Your channel and the video or topic you have in mind.
Advertising and partnerships
Display advertising is handled by Ezoic. For sponsorships or anything outside the ad slots, this inbox is the right one.
Include: Who you represent and what you are proposing.
Copyright and removal requests
If something on the site is yours and you want it credited differently or taken down, say so and it will be handled without argument.
Include: The page address, the material concerned and proof that it is yours.
Privacy requests
The site keeps no accounts and no personal data of its own. Analytics and advertising cookies are covered in the privacy policy; anything it does not answer can be asked here.
Include: Your question. No identity document is needed to ask one.
Quicker than email
The Discord server is the fastest way to flag a mistake or ask a game question, and other players answer there too.

Genshin Build is an unofficial fan site, not affiliated with HoYoverse. It has no access to game accounts: a lost account, a payment, a ban, a missing reward or a bug in the game itself can only be handled by HoYoverse’s official support, reached from the in-game Paimon menu or from genshin.hoyoverse.com.
