Genshin Impact 5★ Pyro Claymore Main DPS
As with the main stats, Elemental Mastery is better for Mavuika’s Melt teams than ATK% when not paired with Sucrose. If using an Elemental Mastery Sands, however, ATK% performs similarly while being better elsewhere.
#1
Burst = Skill
Max first
Mavuika’s damage comes from both her Burst’s initial nuke and either her Burst-buffed Flamestrider attacks for on-field Mavuika or Searing Radiance for off-field Mavuika. Since the latter two scale with multipliers contained in her Skill, levelling Burst and Skill are both equally important for Mavuika and should be maximized.
Off-field Mavuika simply uses her Skill to enable her Pyro application and off-field damage. She typically casts her Burst if she has a high amount of Fighting Spirit for its damage and DMG% buff. This is usually every rotation if she has a teammate that also consumes Nightsoul points and every other rotation otherwise.
Start Mavuika’s field time with her Burst and perform one of her on-field combos as needed for the team.
Easy Combo 1
Q CccC J CcccF
These are Standard Melt combos, with the player being able to hold down the Charged Attack for most of its duration. Make sure to wait after the initial Burst hit to regain a Cryo aura.
Advanced Vape Combo
Q 6(CDN1)
A good combo on Vape teams with good Hydro application or enemies with infinite Cryo auras, with the basic input being easily repeatable and enabling a reaction on every Charged Attack. Note that this combo applies Pyro too quickly for a single Melt enabler to keep up on their own.
Advanced Solo Cryo Melt Combo
Q CccF dcF dcF dcF
This is a more advanced Melt combo when Mavuika is paired with Cryo off-fielders able to apply Cryo every 2s (Citlali, Escoffier, Rosaria, Qiqi). It awards the player with a Melt on their first Charged Attack and on every subsequent Final.
Advanced+ Solo Cryo Melt Combos

This setup is very time, skill and ping-sensitive but is the ceiling for Mavuika’s combos sustainable by a single Cryo off-fielder. On low ping (<50), Citlali can perform a quick Normal Attack to delay the Mavuika swap to better coordinate Cryo app. On higher ping, this is not used.

Advanced Double Cryo Melt Combo
Mav Q [Cdc (tap) Cdc CFdc Cdc (tap) CdCdc C] fdC C
This combo utilizes 2 Cryo units alternating their Cryo application (most commonly Citlali and Escoffier) to perform the Continuous Charged Attack tech multiple times while Melting all important hits.
Advanced Sucrose + Citlali Melt Combo
Q Cdc (tap) CdcCFdc (tap) Cdc CF dcdc
Mavuika will then use the above combo.
Advanced Overload Combos
Q CDCDCCF DCDCCF DCDCC FDC (Footage shown in this combo button)Q CDC (tap) CDCDCCF DCDCCF DCDCC
The first combo simply uses the CDC tech as much as possible and is probably the most common combos seen in showcases, especially for Overload teams. However, the timing to get her last Final within the duration of her Burst’s buff is extremely tight, and easy to miss even with above average gameplay. This gives room for the second "Hybrid" combo, which shifts more of the damage to a more forgiving time window within Burst's buff. Executing it is relatively simpler, as it only uses one Continuous Charged Attack at the start before spamming CDC as dash cooldown allows. The Hybrid combo is preferred unless the player is confident in having an almost frame perfect execution.

Advanced Mona Hex Combos
Rotation 1 (Sucrose Burst): Mav E cdc > Iansan E CA Q > Mona Q N1 E N2 > Sucrose E Jump or Dash away Q N1 > Mav Q [Cdc (tap) CdcDc CfdCdc cfdcdc] cRotation 2 (only Mona app): Mav E cdc > Iansan E Q > Mona Q N1 > Sucrose E N1 E > Mona E N1 > Mav Q [Cdc (tap) Cdc CFdc Cdc CFdcdc] c
Mona’s extremely high buff volume, especially at C4, makes her a theoretically strong consideration. Especially since Sucrose fits naturally into Mavuika’s teams anyway to enable her all-important Hexerei passive. The issue comes from Mona’s extremely limited Hydro application if not able to flexibly swap on-field to use her Normal attacks. Thankfully, since each Hydro application can allow Mavuika to Vaporize twice, it is possible (albeit difficult) for Mona to work as the reaction enabler. The above combo uses Sucrose Burst every other rotation to allow its Absorption to aid with Hydro application and allow Mavuika to Vaporize more Charged Attacks.

Mavuika's abilities multiply ATK. That is read from the scaling rows on the Elemental Skill and Burst, not from the ability description, so it reflects what the game actually multiplies rather than what the text mentions.
Gest of the Mighty Wolf is the closest fit on the data: it is a 5-star claymore with CRIT Rate as its ascension stat, and its passive acts on ATK. Fruitful Hook is the best 4-star alternative.
