Odette’s best option in most circumstances, being good for her own damage while being able to effortlessly maintain the team buff.

4PCIncreases the equipping character's ATK by 12% for 12s when they trigger a Stellar Glimmer reaction or deal Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. Also increases Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members by 50%. The above effects can trigger even when the equipping character is not on the field, and he DMG bonus from multiple Artifact Sets with the same name do not stack.

ATK% takes priority until Odette has 2000 ATK; after that, CRIT stats are best for her personal damage, though ATK% still performs similarly, as her A4 scales until 3000 ATK. Elemental Mastery does help with her damage, but its effect is minimal in comparison because of the large amount of Reaction DMG% she grants herself already. Odette almost never builds Energy Recharge, as even in teams where her Burst is used it is typically made use of when available rather than every rotation.

Odette’s Skill is the centrepiece of her kit, and levelling it takes priority. Her Burst is a secondary consideration if playing her on teams where it can be used.

Her default combo, taking minimal field time while delivering most of her damage and buffs without issue. Note that her Skill casts can be separated if needed as long as they are used within 6 seconds of each other. This causes her to lose most of her Ascension 1 Passive buff on herself, but allows it to stack up for the team while still allowing her nuke fully benefit from the party’s buffs.

Burst Combo

Can be used if Burst is available over the above, improving her own damage because of its self-buff. However, this does not fully stack her signature, and the longer cast time means it may not be worth it if it would extend the rotation and she is significantly outdamaged.

Alternate Burst Combo

Allows her to use her Burst while fully stacking her signature, but takes even longer to perform and so only is only worth it if there is significant downtime in the rotation.

Run Heart of the Furnace on Odette, with Disenchantment in Deep Shadow and Tenacity of the Millelith behind it. Main stats are ATK% sands, ATK% goblet, CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG circlet. Roll substats in the order ATK% = CRIT Rate = CRIT DMG > EM.

Odette's abilities multiply ATK. That is read from the scaling rows on the Elemental Skill and Burst, not from the ability description, so it reflects what the game actually multiplies rather than what the text mentions.

What is the best weapon for Odette?

Light of Foliar Incision is the closest fit on the data: it is a 5-star sword with CRIT DMG as its ascension stat, and its passive acts on ATK. Calamity of Eshu is the best 4-star alternative.
