Swirling Snow
The best Odette build in Genshin Impact (Version 7.1) is Whitelake Frostfeather with Heart of the Furnace.

Genshin Impact 5★ Cryo Sword Main DPS
ATK% takes priority until Odette has 2000 ATK; after that, CRIT stats are best for her personal damage, though ATK% still performs similarly, as her A4 scales until 3000 ATK. Elemental Mastery does help with her damage, but its effect is minimal in comparison because of the large amount of Reaction DMG% she grants herself already. Odette almost never builds Energy Recharge, as even in teams where her Burst is used it is typically made use of when available rather than every rotation.

#2
Burst
Then
Odette’s Skill is the centrepiece of her kit, and levelling it takes priority. Her Burst is a secondary consideration if playing her on teams where it can be used.
Default Combo
EE
Her default combo, taking minimal field time while delivering most of her damage and buffs without issue. Note that her Skill casts can be separated if needed as long as they are used within 6 seconds of each other. This causes her to lose most of her Ascension 1 Passive buff on herself, but allows it to stack up for the team while still allowing her nuke fully benefit from the party’s buffs.
Burst Combo
QE
Can be used if Burst is available over the above, improving her own damage because of its self-buff. However, this does not fully stack her signature, and the longer cast time means it may not be worth it if it would extend the rotation and she is significantly outdamaged.
Alternate Burst Combo
EQE
Allows her to use her Burst while fully stacking her signature, but takes even longer to perform and so only is only worth it if there is significant downtime in the rotation.

Genshin Impact 5★ Cryo Sword Main DPS
Whitelake Frostfeather tops the weapon ranking for Odette, at 107% relative damage at R1 in the DPS - Team column, ahead of Primordial Jade Cutter, Mistsplitter Reforged and Light of Foliar Incision. That order is prydwen.gg's, measured in play and rephrased here; every row of it sits under Weapons below.
Run Heart of the Furnace on Odette, with Disenchantment in Deep Shadow and Tenacity of the Millelith behind it. Main stats are ATK% sands, ATK% goblet, CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG circlet. Roll substats in the order ATK% = CRIT Rate = CRIT DMG > EM.
Talent priority is Skill >> Burst. The Elemental Burst costs 60 energy, which is what an Energy Recharge target has to clear.
The standard rotation (Default Combo) is EE.
The strongest team is Cryo Traveler, Yae Miko, Odette and Alyosha, built around Odette: Cryo · Superconduct.
Normal Attack Unleashes a sword attack of up to 5 consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash a dazzling slash on opponents in front of her.
Plunging Attack Attacks opponents in her path while plunging from mid-air, then deals AoE DMG upon landing.

With slow, graceful dance steps, Odette deals AoE Cryo DMG to the opponent, and also summons her Solo Dance Double to the field. If a Dance Double summoned by Odette is already on the field, this will re-summon the Dance Double and reset its duration.
Solo Dance Double Alternates between the Plume and Wing dance moves, periodically attacking nearby opponents and dealing to them AoE Cryo DMG. Additionally, for 6s after unleashing the Elemental Skill Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers, Odette's Elemental Skill Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers will become the special Elemental Skill Adagio: Coda at Dawn's Tolling instead, where a dance duet deals AoE Cryo DMG to nearby opponents over time. Then, when the duet ends, she deals another instance of AoE Cryo DMG that is considered Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl DMG.

When Odette summons her Solo Dance Double, she also obtains 4 stacks of Marvelous Splendor.
For every 100 ATK Odette has over 1,000, her Stellar Glimmer DMG is additionally increased by 1.5% of the original DMG. She can deal up to 30% more additional DMG in this way.
Odette will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state when she is inside a Polestar Field, or the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state for 8s after a nearby party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction. When a party member triggers a Superconduct or Cryo Swirl reaction, it becomes a Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl reaction instead, and the Base DMG of said reaction is also increased by 0.7% for every 100 points of Odette's ATK. A maximum increase of 14% can be obtained in this way.
