Then
Skirk’s multipliers for her Normal Attacks in the Seven-Phase Flash state are contained in her Skill, making it the priority for her strongest role. Burst should still be levelled regardless of playstyle, but is her most important talent if playing her as a Quickswap DPS.
Skirk’s gameplay loop itself is very simple, with much of her complexity coming from her combos as an on-field DPS. In this role, after setting up buffs and off-field Hydro application with the team, she simply enters Seven-Phase Flash with her Tap Skill before using one of her on-field combos. These combos naturally include uses of her special Burst and Charged Attack to absorb Void Rifts and extend her field time.
Meanwhile, as a quickswap DPS, she simply needs to use her Hold Skill and Burst. Ideally, she partners with a carry who allows her to do this as close to once every 15 seconds as possible. When hybridizing these playstyles, she tends to go for a "split" rotation as illustrated below.
Easy Combos
On-field: E N5Q N5D N5D N2C N5 (Footage shown in this combo button)Hybrid: Q E N5C N5D N5D N2C N5
This is the recommended minimum baseline to use if playing Skirk. These combos still use cancels, but only on her N5, for which they are easily executed. The singular N2 used is followed by her Charged Attack to absorb Void Rifts, forgoing the need to cancel it.
223 and 225
223: N1 → N2 → Dash → N1 → N2 → Dash→ N1 → N2 → N3 → Walk225: N1 → N2 → Dash → N1 → N2 → Dash→ N1 → N2 → N3 → N4 → N5 → Dash
Since Skirk does not rely on precise reaction timings, her combos are optimized purely based on maximizing the total multiplier on her attacks delivered during her Seven-Phase Flash state. Also, as the input times on her combos can vary, players may find more success by repeating a basic set of attacks within the general framework of her combos.
223 Advanced Combo Examples
On-field: E N2D N2D N2Q 2(N2D N2D N3W) N2D N2CD N3W N2 (Footage shown in this combo button)Hybrid: Q E N2D N2D N2C 2(N2D N2D N3W) N2D N2CD N3W N2
This combo delivers the N2 string 10 times and the N3 string 3 times, thus sometimes being abbreviated to 10N2 3N3.
225 Advanced Combo Examples
On-field: E N2D N2D N2Q N2D N2D N5D N2D N2C N2D N2D N5 (Footage shown in this combo button)Hybrid: Q E 2ND N2D N2C N2D N2D N5D N2D N2C N2D N2D N5
This combo delivers the N2 string 9 times and the N5 string twice, thus sometimes being abbreviated to 9N2 2N5.
C2 Combo
E N2Q N2D N2D N5D N2D N2 C N2D N2D N5 N2D N2D
Due to Skirk’s C2 offering her a massive 70% ATK steroid after using her Special Burst, it becomes optimal to shift her special Burst to be used as early in the combo as possible. 223 and 225 strings are then repeated as detailed below.

Skirk's Elemental Burst is not reliant on Elemental Energy but instead on Serpent's Subtlety. When Skirk has at least 50 Serpent's Subtlety, she can expend all her Serpent's Subtlety to unleash her Elemental Burst, ripping the space before her apart and using rapid consecutive slashes that deal AoE Cryo DMG. At the same time, the DMG dealt by an instance of this Elemental Burst will be increased by every point of Serpent's Subtlety over 50 when it is unleashed. Up to 12 points can be counted for this purpose.
When Skirk is in Seven-Phase Flash mode, Havoc: Ruin will be replaced by Havoc: Extinction.
Havoc: Extinction A special Elemental Burst that can be used even without consuming Serpent's Subtlety. After using it, Skirk will gain the "All Shall Wither" effect, which will last until Seven-Phase Flash ends. After unlocking the Ascension Talent Reason Beyond Reason, she can also absorb nearby Void Rifts. While "All Shall Wither" is active, every 0.1s, after Skirk's Normal Attack hits an opponent, that Normal Attack will deal increased DMG. If she absorbed any Void Rifts while using Havoc: Extinction, this Normal Attack's DMG will be further increased based on the number of Rifts absorbed. This effect will be canceled when it has triggered 10 times.

When nearby party members trigger Frozen, Superconduct, Stellar-Conduct, Cryo Swirl, Stellar Swirl, or Cryo Crystallize reactions against opponents, a Void Rift will be created near this opponent. This effect can be triggered once every 2.5s. 3 Void Rifts created by Skirk herself can exist on the field at once.
Skirk can use the following methods to absorb nearby Void Rifts: · When she hits an opponent with a Charged Attack in her Seven-Phase Flash mode. · When she uses the special Elemental Burst Havoc: Extinction while in Seven-Phase Flash mode. · When she Holds her Elemental Skill Havoc: Warp to engage in rapid movement.
Each Rift absorbed will grant her 8 Serpent's Subtlety points.

When nearby Hydro party members' Hydro attacks hit opponents, or when nearby Cryo party members apart from Skirk hit opponents with Cryo attacks, Skirk will gain the "Death's Crossing" effect for 20s. Max 3 stacks, each stack's duration is counted independently. Each character can grant Skirk at most 1 "Death's Crossing" stack by this means. Each "Death's Crossing" stack increases the Normal Attack DMG dealt by Skirk in Seven-Phase Flash mode to 110%/120%/170% of its original DMG and the DMG dealt when using her Elemental Burst Havoc: Ruin to 105%/115%/160% of its original DMG.

When all party members are either Hydro or Cryo, and if there is at least 1 Hydro and 1 Cryo character, your own party members' Elemental Skill Level is increased by 1.
