Genshin Impact 4★ Electro Claymore Healer
Beacon of the Reed Sea is the closest fit on the game's own numbers: Dori's kit multiplies HP, and a weapon is ranked here on whether its ascension stat and its passive act on that stat. Skyward Pride, The Bell and A Thousand Blazing Suns come next. No playtested ranking has been imported for Dori, so this is arithmetic over the kit data rather than a damage measurement.
Run Thundering Fury on Dori, with Vourukasha's Glow and Song of Days Past behind it. Main stats are HP% sands, HP% goblet, Healing Bonus circlet. Roll substats in the order Energy Recharge > HP% > CRIT Rate > CRIT DMG.
Talent priority is Elemental Burst > Elemental Skill > Normal Attack. The Elemental Burst costs 80 energy, which is what an Energy Recharge target has to clear.
The strongest team is Raiden Shogun, Yae Miko, Kujou Sara and Dori, built around Dori: Electro · Mono Electro.
Normal Attack Performs up to 3 consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents. At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.
Plunging Attack Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Summons forth the Jinni within the lamp to give the client various kinds of aid.
Jinni Connects to a nearby character. The connected character will: · Continuously restore HP based on Dori's Max HP. · Continuously regenerate Energy. · Be affected by Electro. When the connector between the Jinni and the character touches opponents, it will deal one instance of Electro DMG to them every 0.4s.
Only one Jinni can exist at one time.
"Hmm? You'll pick this lamp, will you? Oh my, you've got good taste! Unfortunately, there's no price on this treasure — comparable, I'd say, to how you will not sell that mascot by your side for any price in the world."

Dori is a 4-star Electro character from Sumeru who uses a claymore, released in version 3.0.
Dori's abilities multiply HP. That is read from the scaling rows on the Elemental Skill and Burst, not from the ability description, so it reflects what the game actually multiplies rather than what the text mentions.
Beacon of the Reed Sea is the closest fit on the data: it is a 5-star claymore with CRIT Rate as its ascension stat, and its passive acts on HP. The Bell is the best 4-star alternative.
Thundering Fury. Its 2-piece bonus is: Electro DMG Bonus +15% Its 4-piece bonus is: Increases the DMG caused by Overloaded, Electro-Charged, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom by 40%, the DMG Bonus conferred by Aggravate by 20%, and the DMG caused by Lunar-Charged and Stellar-Conduct by 20%.
