The Ascension Passive The Radiant Reign of Night is enhanced: Accolades also increase the ATK of Cryo characters by 15% and the Elemental Mastery of characters of other Elemental Types by 60. Additionally, when a character is Sealed, the division of Accolades will not cause the sharing character's Accolades to be dispelled. When Anastasya is Sealed, the Accolades she grants to other characters will provide 300% of their original bonuses.
To Winter, All Who Taste Its Bite
After Anastasya uses her Elemental Skill, Polestar's Divine Judgment, the following effects apply based on her current Blessing: · Love: The CRIT DMG of Stellar Glimmer Reaction DMG dealt by all party members is increased by 60% for 30s; · Honor: Anastasya's Normal Attacks, Elemental Burst The Evernight Yields to Dawn, and special Unsealing Elemental Skill Palestar Edict: Doom deal 125% of their original DMG for 15s. Additionally, Stellar Glimmer Reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members is Elevated by 5%.
Look Up, a Dawn Unstained Shall Rise
After Anastasya uses her Elemental Skill, Polestar's Divine Judgment, the following effects apply based on her current Blessing: · Love: The next time another character is switched onto the field, an effect equivalent to Palestar Edict: Triumph is triggered, dealing 250% of its original DMG. Additionally, Stellar Glimmer Reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members is Elevated by 10%; · Honor: The next time the Elemental Skill is tapped, an effect equivalent to the third attack of Palestar Edict: Doom is triggered, dealing 200% of its original DMG. If the other party members are not Sealed, Anastasya is considered to possess the Accolades of all party members for this attack. Additionally, Stellar Glimmer Reaction DMG dealt by Anastasya is Elevated by 20%. The above effects last for 30s and can be triggered once every 15s. They are removed when other party members' Sealed status ends.
Mitya and Danica bring the Electro that turns the Tsaritsa's and Odette's Cryo into Stellar-Conduct, and the Tsaritsa's Blessing of Love and Burst raise every Stellar-Conduct hit the team lands.
Vesna swirls the Cryo that the Tsaritsa and Odette keep up, and every swirl lands as Stellar Swirl while the Tsaritsa holds the Blessing of Love; Vodyanitsa heals and buffs.

Silverdawn tops the weapon ranking for Anastasya, at 139.7% relative damage at R1 in the Personal DPS column, ahead of The First Great Magic, Jade Vista and Breezeborne Refrain. That order is 4pcreverie's damage calcs at KQM standards, rephrased here; every row of it sits under Weapons below.
Run Starspark on Anastasya, with Heart of the Furnace and Disenchantment in Deep Shadow behind it. Main stats are ATK% sands, ATK% goblet, CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG circlet. Roll substats in the order CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG > ATK% > Energy Recharge.
Talent priority is Elemental Burst > Elemental Skill > Normal Attack. The Elemental Burst costs 50 energy, which is what an Energy Recharge target has to clear.
The strongest team is Anastasya, Mitya, Odette and Danica, built around Anastasya: Cryo · Stellar-Conduct.
Anastasya's abilities multiply ATK. That is read from the scaling rows on the Elemental Skill and Burst, not from the ability description, so it reflects what the game actually multiplies rather than what the text mentions.
Silverdawn is the closest fit on the data: it is a 5-star bow with CRIT DMG as its ascension stat, and its passive acts on ATK. Breezeborne Refrain is the best 4-star alternative.
Starspark. Its 2-piece bonus is: ATK +18%. Its 4-piece bonus is: The equipping character gains 1 Starspark when they use an Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, or perform a Normal Attack. Up to 2 Starsparks can be held at once. The equipping character gains Undying Radiance while holding at least 1 Starspark. This effect increases the CRIT Rate of their Cryo DMG by 20%, with an additional 20% CRIT Rate if that DMG is Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. This effect remains active even when the equipping character is off-field. The equipping character loses 1 Starspark every 3s while on the field. Undying Radiance ends when all Starsparks are extinguished.

Fairy Wormwood grows in Teplo Oasis in Snezhnaya. Shattered Stability Anchors drop from Wavebinders of level 30 and above, the normal boss added in Version 7.2. Chimeric Cores and their upgrades drop from Aberrant Chimeric Monsters. All of them can be farmed before she arrives.
Tap her Elemental Skill for the Blessing of Love when she supports: the Palestar Crown keeps attacking off-field, and her Burst raises the team's Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. Hold it for the Blessing of Honor when she is the on-field damage dealer: her Normal Attacks become Cryo strikes that count as Stellar Glimmer reactions.
Starspark, the set added with her in Version 7.3: its 4-piece raises the CRIT Rate of her Cryo DMG by 20%, and by 40% on Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG, even off-field, so she needs under 50% CRIT Rate from the rest of her build. Heart of the Furnace is next, then Disenchantment in Deep Shadow. Run ATK% sands, ATK% goblet and a CRIT circlet.
