Quoted from HoYoverse’s notice on HoYoLAB.

1. 1Pick by the job your account lacks, then by the board. Varesa is the strongest on-field pick of the six (T1); Clorinde sits at T1.5 on-field, Chiori at T1.5 as a damage support, Nilou at T1.5 as a support built around Bloom teams.
2. 2A constellation counts for more than a new face if you already own one of the six. The choice gives the character, and a duplicate becomes a constellation.
3. 3The gate is Archon Quest Chapter VII, Act IV. Start the quest line early: the Epilogue is time-limited too, and both close on the same day.
4. 4You get one invitation and it cannot be changed. The selection screen lets you read every kit before confirming.
