Ineffa main stats and substats

Sands
ATK% > Elemental MasteryATK: Best in almost all situations, also improves Shield and A4 Buff. Elemental Mastery: Decent alternative, can be better if she triggers Hyperbloom. Energy Recharge: Rarely used but can help on-fielders that need as much Elemental Mastery as possible.
Goblet
ATK% > Elemental MasteryElectro DMG% only influences a small part of Ineffa’s personal damage (<9%) so just like for the Sands, ATK or Elemental Mastery are the best choice.
Circlet
CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG

Substat priority

  1. 1ATK%Best
  2. 2CRIT Rate = CRIT DMG

Once ATK has reached 2000, CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG take priority. Also, EM and ER are positive stats but only built in specific scenarios.

Energy Recharge targets

How much Energy Recharge Ineffa needs to cast the Burst every rotation, by team and by weapon. Where a target is out of reach, the advice beside it says what to do instead.

Ineffa’s damage and buffs mostly scale on her Ascension passives, with level 90 taking priority over her talents for the Lunar-Charged reaction damage. Skill is only prioritized after for the Shield Strength.

Ineffa rotation

Ineffa is a very simple character to play. At minimum, one of her Skill or Burst is cast once per rotation to summon Birgitta, activating most of her kit. The use of her Burst is flexible: it can be used in place of her Skill, alongside her Skill to obtain both her shield and EM buff at once at the expense of rotation time, or be skipped altogether. This flexibility paired with Birgitta’s duration being longer than the cooldowns of either her Skill or Burst means Ineffa can easily flex into most rotation lengths.

Ineffa FAQ

3 questions

What stat does Ineffa scale on?

Ineffa's abilities multiply ATK. That is read from the scaling rows on the Elemental Skill and Burst, not from the ability description, so it reflects what the game actually multiplies rather than what the text mentions.

What is the best weapon for Ineffa?

Bloodsoaked Ruins is the closest fit on the data: it is a 5-star polearm with CRIT Rate as its ascension stat, and its passive acts on ATK. Lithic Spear is the best 4-star alternative.

Which artifact set should Ineffa use?

Thundering Fury. Its 2-piece bonus is: Electro DMG Bonus +15% Its 4-piece bonus is: Increases the DMG caused by Overloaded, Electro-Charged, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom by 40%, the DMG Bonus conferred by Aggravate by 20%, and the DMG caused by Lunar-Charged and Stellar-Conduct by 20%. When Quicken or the aforementioned Elemental Reactions are triggered, Elemental Skill CD is decreased by 1s. Can only occur once every 0.8s.
